Question Cooking a roast in an instant pot

My instant pot finally came but there are no real cooking instructions included. I have googled but can’t seem to find any info on how to cook a simple joint of meat beef/gammon for a roast dinner.
Any info/recipes much appreciated

You should find plenty of videos on you tube showing various ways to cook roasts, I have a ninja foodie and found loads of videos to watch, so much easier watching and having it explained and you sometimes get some good tips too.

We found tons of recipes for instant pot online. But I really didn’t like my roast beef in it. I’m not sure if I didn’t do it correctly but it wasn’t the same as having the charring from the oven. It was also a bit tough.
But pulled pork…. That’s a complete other story …. Amazing.

Did a silverside joint in mine last week. Turned out very good. Carved very easy and was lovely and moist.
