I picked the last of the zucchini we grew today so made bread and muffins with them and they are in the freezer and the first of our apples were ready so I made a couple of apple pies and muffins also in the freezer as is the dutch apple cake and carrot cake muffins and loaf The pumpkin spice loaf with maple frosting lasted about 10 mins as the grandkids were here

Thanks Gryff. My kids hate courgette, but me and dh love it. Although even we’re getting a bit sick of it now 😂 some new recipes would really help!

How's everyone's baking doing?
I'm trying to hold off on making personal items for myself. So hard!

I loved making this cake though! However Minnie could definitely have gone through the window a few times.

Show me what you've been making 😊
