As a rule, luxury European brands are more expensive in the US. Sorry.

There are some very good US luxury handbag brands you might like.

Or go for jewellery - Tiffany’s !

Agree with above - go for an American brand... Kate spade, michael kors, coach etc.

At the moment on your choice of bags with the $ to the £, you might find a better deal in the UK.

I bought some Chanel aftershave last year with leftover spending money... With the exchange rate and prices I think in total I probably saved about $2! lol

Try the Saks off 5th Avenue store at the outlets.

You may get lucky.
However as above, EU brands will more expensive in the USA.

Look at MK, Coach or Kate Spade.

As above, European brands are in general more expensive in the US; even more so with the top end brands such as Chanel.
This was likely to be the case even before the £ vs $ rate plummeted!

I've priced up the same Prada bag in the UK outlets vs the US outlets; even with a more favourable exchange rate, the US item was around £150 more expensive.

Not seen Chanel clothes or bags too much in Florida apart from in Neiman Marcus.

One thing to bear in mind as well is that Chanel is one of those rare brands that tend to not need to reduce prices/hold sales etc.
