Oh my that sounds amazing. I’ve just eaten but sounds perfect for tomorrow as I have both in the fridge.

Yes I just cut it into slices, I sometimes don’t put the big end piece with the white stuff all round it in but not always!

Left over Brie? Wow, we ate a huge one and I have had to buy more. We love it in toastie with cranberry - can also add bacon or ham, yum. Always eat the white coating

Just eat it as it is.

If the rind is a little strong for you then a drizzle of honey or a bit of fig chutney will sweeten it up.

In BBQ weather we just halve peppers and put a couple of slices of brie in. I'm sure this would work in the oven too, soft and juicy pepper flesh with creamy brie. Yum tum.
