4th Time Lucky Day 15 No Parks Today

Today the rain finally came but we couldn’t complain as we had had perfect weather up to now. Alix and I debated whether to go to Epcot but we had been 2 days previously. We would have liked to return to AK but because we needed a reservation and there were none available for the other parks we couldn’t swap. Hearing thunder made the decision for us.

Alix got her packing done but I was putting it off as long as I could. We went to Walmart to buy some last minute gifts before calling at another Game Stop for Alix.

We ordered a Domino’s pizza for lunch and enjoyed eating it on the lanai as the sun came out. We chatted about our highs and lows of the holiday but the lows were very minor. The afternoon was spent alternating between the pool and spa which was really hot today. I refused to get out until I had watched the stars come out.





Today had been totally relaxed and we really enjoyed making the most of the villa on our last day but a little of me regretted one thing - not seeing Harmonius. At the beginning of the holiday I had been put off visiting Epcot at night by the crowds and I didn’t think I was bothered about seeing the new show. As the end of the holiday drew near I wished we had gone but we ran out of time. At least we woukd have something new to see next time.

Eventually I had to drag myself from the spa to pack. We weighed the cases and did the usual case shuffle until we were happy we wouldn't have to pay for extra baggage. We then had a few games of cards before having an early night, ready to be up early in the morning and at HS for rope drop.

We love a nice day at the Villa pool and spa sounds great
