Water parks closed
Both Disney water parks still closed today, lots of people turning up as the website says it's open. Beautiful weather today so I'm disappointed, glad the villa has a pool.

I'd imagine they were closed due to needing proper cleaning due to storm debris. I've seen on several pages they're closed.

I think the point the OP was trying to make is that Disney had said the waterparks would reopen on Wednesday 13th and it even said they were open on their website. The DIBB's hurricane closures page even implies that they would reopen on Wednesday (yesterday). They didn't.
Looking at the park hours page, it looks like Typhoon Lagoon will remain closed today (Thursday 14th) whilst Blizzard Beach will reopen today at 10am.
