60 day fastpass with Virgin tickets

If we book Disney hotel for one night to get 60 day fastpass booking will Virgin release my park tickets in time.

You will have to phone them & ask, I'm assuming that you have booked off-site with Virgin? They generally will ensure that you have your passes/codes before your 30 day window opens but without asking, you won't get them before 60.

I know things may have changed since, but back in 2015 we cancelled our Virgin Disney tickets because of this - they said we 'should' get the codes at 30 days. We instead ordered from Floridatix and got the physical tickets and booked fast passes at 60 days before our 1 night stay.

I’m just about to ring today and cancel my tickets for this exact reason. I phoned last wee asking if I could get mine earlier than 30 days and was told no. I think it depends on who you talk to but I’m not willing to risk it.

You need to link your hotel reservation to MDE and then you will be able to book fastpasses before virgin email you the ticket vouchers. I had the same last year, I booked a stay at Disney with virgin, I used the booking reference on my virgin invoice and linked my hotel reservation to MDE. After two weeks I was able to see the tickets on MDE and at 60 days out I was able to book fastpasses. Virgin only emailed me my ticket vouchers at 30 days out, but that didn’t matter as id already booked the fastpasses.
