Depends on which park - there will always be a transport option from park to park whether it be bus/boat/monorail. As far as I know:

MK to
Epcot - monorail
DHS/AK - bus

Epcot to
MK - monorail
DHS - boat or bus or walk
AK - bus

DHS to
MK - bus
Epcot - boat or bus or walk
AK - bus

AK to
MK/Epcot/DHS - bus
