It doesn't usually bother me which way we do it but I do find standing in line at Disney for rides harder after having used FOTL passes 😂

IT depends on what tickets you have and how long your staying.
Also depends what time of year you go too. We go 10/8 and leave IOA and US for the last week and half as it 'should' be quieter! We always go for 3 weeks ( did 2 weeks once wasnt enough! ) and both times we've done Disney first and then Universal. Quite honestly we don't always do Disney but always do US and IOA as family are older. Personally I have a little dream that I would like to do Disney just DH and I but I don't think the kids will ever stop coming! Whichever way round you do it you'll enjoy it! Xx Ff xx |

It’s quite simple. 14 days at Disney, 0 at universal

Personally, we do WDW first as to use the fact our body is awake at stupid o clock, to hit rope drop and avoid the peak of the crowds.
We stay onsite at Universal so the folp makes the early start not a priority. Have a lie in - go later. Plus just driving under the big Welcome to Disney sign on arrival makes it it special.

We always mixed it up. So one day at Universal then a couple at Disney then another at Universal and so on, it keeps things more interesting we think.
We stay off-site though so it’s easier to do it like that. If you’re staying on-site it would probably make more sense to do it in blocks. |
