The reason I mentioned picking up from GS was that you would have thought (I know common sense ) that if any Guests had the $200 on their MB, it would be those that booked Direct.

Thanks Shooby. It does make sense, and I can't find any info on Virgin website to help me or OP further.

Will be emailing the concierge as suggested earlier. Will come back to update if I find anything out.

Ah sorry! I’m so used to people saying “well I booked through so and so you’ll definitely pick it up here” without realising it’s different from each company
I’d have thought the same re the bands being direct bookings only.

For those booked with Virgin hols, you pick up from a Virgin rep at the airport on arrival
The Virgin desk is situated on level one A side - just take your voucher from Virgin hols showing $200 voucher & they'll give you voucher.

it says pick it up from the virgin desk on my travel documents - and says if you forget to pick it up then you forfeit the right to the money!

Thank you everyone will look out for the voucher, was hoping it was much easier as the desk is on the other side to the magical express if I remember right and took ages for me to be told they didn't have anything for me Luckily got it at delivered to resort, probably someone messed up.
