Mobile First time wanting to try DDP: how does it work & best way to book?

Hi!

Been to Florida a good few times now I'm very lucky 😁 Although sadly not 21 anymore 10 years later & my username still makes me smile 😋

Anyway really want to try out the DDP but ideally would like a week in Disney & maybe 4 nights in a universal hotel.

Any tips on best places to book with & how 2 adults benefit from the DDP would be really appreciated!

Thank you 😊

Have a read of this thread about dining plans for people who are new to them http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=873045.
As for where to book, we always book direct with Disney for the Disney hotel as it's easier to make changes and I feel more secure.

The free dining plan is great as you know all your food costs are covered. especially with the poor exchange rate at the moment.

If you're looking to go next year, then the offer finishes on 3rd November this year (the $100 gift card finishes on 20th October). If it's for 2018, then the offer for then will be released mid-late April. The offer is normally available for the whole year with the exception of some blackout weeks around Easter and the month of December, although you can get the first 2 weeks of December if your first night onsite is in November.

There's a great thread here which explains about how they work:

You can book direct with Disney (use Quidco for some cashback) or a 3rd party. For our past 2 trips we've booked with Orlando Attractions as they offer the same deal but at a discounted price and their service is excellent
