Their cars seem to be fine but they are based 'off site' which means you have to get a shuttle bus from the airport.

OP. I think you will get good and bad reviews with regard to all of the Rental Companies both on and off Airport and also everywhere in Florida

The off Airport issue does add a bit of time but if it's a good price reduction I would do it and have done so in the past. I cannot recollect anyone having a real pop about SixT but this was the most recent thread, worth a look

We used them last month as Tom linked. Overall they were OK, and definitely competitive rates. We will use Alamo next time as comparatively we think they are better and worth a little extra.

Fine for me. 10 mins extra to wait/get the shuttle to their site (2 miles). I think we saved £100 (£400 instead of £500) so for 10 mins I think that's a good deal. Probably no extra time on return as the shuttle bus took us right to the desk drop-off.

We saved £100's in August but for December Hertz was much cheaper. We would have no hesitation in going with Sixt again if the price was right.

And the way to go. Follow the cheapest price rather than brand loyalty.
Keeps them all on their toes.
