I'm a bit confused regards the statement on my Skip The Counter Ticket " Exit terminal and cross the street to the garage to the reserved vehicle category and choose your vehicle". I would have thought you would need to find the Alamo kiosk first, show the attendant your car hire voucher, who would then direct you to your vehicle? How would you know which is your vehicle and where are the keys?

I believe you take your choice of car from your category and your paperwork/dl is checked at the exit kiosk. So, follow the written directions, grab your motor, drive to exit and hand all over to the chap/lady and then off you go
