Thanks for that. At least we can pass then on to our friends and they can give it a try. They won't have lost anything if they are turned away.

Yes I have had 2 emails from them, both saying the same thing, that Cirque changed the rules and there's nothing that can be done about it!
I've tried the softly softly approach, but that is about to change dependant upon the response I get to my latest email.

Ridiculous nonsense!

By not resolving an issue like this in the beginning, it escalates and becomes a problem. Causes anger and frustration and creates unnecessary backlogs for Thomson because it takes them so long to deal with it!:angry:

A bit of 'cop-on'(as they say in Ireland) would've sorted this eons ago!
Their procedures and lack of customer care/service are getting in the way of doing whats right!

I'll let you know how this 'pans out'.

Crikey wonder why there are issues with some seats.

We booked ours in March and recieved email tickets within a few days with seat numbers on - no probs at all!

Kinda strange isn't it.

I have never seen anyone asked for id when entering cirque de soliel, I do not think they will be asked it is a bit of a rush to get every one in and seated so they are more interested in just getting you in.

we have been 3 times with self printed E tickets and never been asked for ID they have simply scanned our bar code on the tickets and told us which way to go.

We had to cancel last year due to ill health we was gutted, hope everything works out for you.
