Does anybody know of a number I can call here in the UK to sort out allocating tickets to DVC accommodation / wristbands / fastpass+ etc. Its probably too complicated for a quick Q&A on here, but that's me LOL

A good place to start is 0800 16 90 749 for MagicBands and FastPasses, then you can ask them to put you through to any other department you need.

Bruce DVC has it's own free phone no. (sorry not allowed to post it) not sure how complicated your request is but DVC rooms, MB etc can be done online like a "normal" stay booking.
