You can get the pudding mixes at any time in Tesco in the US stretch of the international aisle; they always have vanilla & chocolate, sometimes another flavour too.

I had NO IDEA that Ghiradelli do cake mixes. Where have I been all these years, all that time I've denied myself. Added to my list for the next trip !
