Shopping after checking in at DTD?

Is it possible once you have checked your luggage in at DTD, to check in another bag at the airport?

We are planning on doing some last minute shopping after check in, and not sure how much we can do.

You can check in at lunchtime. We go to the malls, fill those tiny spaces left in the cases and then get rid of them about 12.30pm. No queues at DTD at that time either.

hi

after doing dtd check in, I limited everyone to one piece of hand luggage, couldn't believe it, when we getting on plane everyone was carryin big bags, small suitcases on wheels, big cuddly toys, I felt like a right meanie, and thought to myself I could have bought mr potato head spiderman and darth vader after all!

Yes, you can check in another bag when you arrive at the airport if you buy loads of stuff after DTD check in. We had to do this in May on our return...

Is it still worth doing the TCD LBV check-in if we are Sunshine first?

I would recommend it. We did it the last time we went with TCD, and it leaves you free for your last day with just the car to drop off. We took a fairly large bag of shopping from DTD on-board, no problem.

We have booked it for this September.

We did a fair bit of shopping this year after checking in at DTD. We ended up with at least two bags each and just took them all through security and onto the plane with no problems. We did the same last year too.

Oh great, thanks very much, we are planning abit of last minute shopping and I just hate having loads of bags with us on the plane.

Even more reason to shop now ...
