Hi You don't even need Disney tickets to go, its just in the grounds of Wilderness Lodge and anyone can go. We loved it, plenty of interaction with Chip and Dale. A very relaxed atmosphere, toasting marshmallows and chilling. Towards the end of the film we walked down to the lake and watched the water pageant and Wishes. Would highly recommend it

Hi,
Not actually in grounds of Wilderness Lodge. You need to take the (free) boat across to the Campgrounds then it is about 20 mins walk to where the Singalong takes place. Make sure you look at the RVs on the way - we saw one with a Roof Patio no less. On the way back to Wilderness Lodge we even got a longer boat trip via the Contemporary. Altogether a great night for free - well we did spent a few $ on S'mores kits! GJW |

You don't have to get the boat... simply park your car (free) at FWR campground and get the yellow loop bus to The Meadow Trading Post, its a 2 minute walk from there.
This link has all the info you need. buildabettermousetrip...y-campfire.php. We all really enjoyed it

My DS would love this, Chip and Dale are his favourite characters. Another thing to add to the list for next year

I also would like to take the kids to see chip and dale but am still confused as to weather it is only for WDW resort guests,(ie-staying in one of their resorts). We are staying in a private villa. I would hate to get the kids excited only to be turned away at the gate?. Can anyone enlighten me.

No its open to anybody tickets or no tickets, staying in Disney property or not nobody checks you at all, you are free to walk around any of the hotel complexes. We just drove to Magic Kingdom parking kiosk and told them we were going to the campfire and they just pointed us in the right direction and let us straight through. We also parked in the main hotel car park and just caught the bus. Just ask the driver to ell you where to get off
