Car hire...Disney car care or swan & dolphin?

Can anyone help me decide where I should choose to hire my car from?

We are staying onsite at All star sports and have decided to hire a car for 1 day on the day we check out to take us to Intl. drive.
Once we have checked out of all star sports we will be going to AK until about 3pm then collecting our hire car.
I'd just like to know which will be the best option...
(a) Get the Alamo shuttle to pick us up from AK (if they do that) to take us to Disney car care center?
or
(b) Get the bus from AK to swan & dolphin?

Which will be the easiest/quickest option?

Disney transport is probably more reliable for exact times as the Alamo minivan may get delayed or overbooked
On the flip side the CCC has far more cars so more chance of getting what you want if you ask for a particular model
