As for information on when things might start, see the following page here on the DIBB: https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/For...ns-p-1502.html That lists very rough guesses as to when new attractions might open. However, until the theme parks actually officially announce when these things will start, we can only guess at the start dates.

Folk can also book a fastpass for RoL, but that's a different thing and doesn't come with any food.
