What's an acceptable flight delay?
We booked a trip to New York for a few nights next year, when we booked the flight landed at 13.15 in JFK, but today I got an email about a change in flight times and now we land at 19.05!
Can they change the flight that we booked by this amount of time? And is so do we have any rights to get a refund? |
