I�m meant to be flying to Anna Maria on Monday glad it�s all sorted and cancelled but will certainly have a little reflection at 12 when I should be sitting on the runway. The trouble is I really don�t know when I�m going to get back there as I won�t pay for flights that may be double in price, I really hope we aren�t priced out of going. I need my USA fix.

We're due to fly on 29th August for our West Coast trip. Just waiting for BA to extend their date so we can change our plans and cancel/rebook hotels. I'm also thinking that prices will go up so much that it'll mean we can't go back next year.

I'm feeling exactly the same.

So upset at missing my 60th b'day bash in Disney this summer.
We waited 2 years for this trip and my DS is hoping to get his degree this year too, so a double celebration.
I also missed my 50th B'day bash in New York down to snow (remember December 2010)

SO i'm waiting to see if i can get free dining next summer OR if I can get a flight voucher from AL.
If I can't, I've no option but to rebook for xmas 20 or easter 21 EVEN if i prefer summer 21!
What a mess!

Keep the chin up though, we'll get back there soon and will love every moment of it when we do.

Awhhh I�m sorry it�s awful isn�t it

It should be our very first day in Tokyo today and I�m gutted, just sitting here thinking of things we should be seeing and doing right now, but think of it this way... we get to rebook and plan our holidays all over again next year!

We heard a plane in the sky this morning at about the time we would have been going to the gate to go to Florida. Somehow cutting back hedges did not have the same sense of excitement. Know we are not the only ones not going away this summer but still feeling sad today especially as the weather has now turned so cold and windy.
