Afternoon Tea Plan - something nice to think about

I am thinking about my mum finally getting out of 12 weeks self isolation. She’s a quarter of the way through. We are going to throw her a lovely ‘afternoon tea’ her first day out. So just for fun. Tell me your favourite afternoon tea suggestions. I’ll be doing little sandwiches, biscuits and cakes. With jam and cream scones of course 😊

Fabulous idea! Cucumber sandwiches made with mint butter and also smoked salmon with cream cheese. Scones with clotted cream, which is put on before the jam!
