Villa Communities that are lakeside for fishing

Can anyone advise which gated communities have Villas which are situated on a lake so we can fish out the back? We have previously stayed in Cape Coral where the villas backed on to the waterways and could fish and relax out the back of the villa.
Preferably more modern gated community also.

Sunset lakes. My husband preferred fishing by the lake to the parks so we often left him.

Lake Berkley is gated and has three fishing lakes.

Highly recommend Sunset Lakes, It is a great gated complex, It has Two large lakes, It is 4 miles from Disney and only Minutes from shops and restaurants.
I have stayed on this complex twice now, Staying both times in an excellent DIBB villa, Both villas were fantastic and great communication from the DIBB owners.

Although we don't fish, we love watching other people doing it on our community, of Sunset Lakes.

About 70 percent of the villa are lakeside.

We have fishing rods ready for any guests use

Our community is not gated but you are able to fish in the lake.

Sunset lakes is great for fishng...you can fish from your back yard if you are lakeside ..or there is a fishing jetty and gazebo there
All fishing is catch and return ...put back in the lake
we have fishing rods ...but if your villa does not... fishing equipment is cheap enough at Walmart!

Encantada allows fishing in its lake for free. Fishing is allowed anywhere around the lake including from the Jetty.
