Hi guys, not been on in a while.

It hurts too much! Lol

Just wanted to share our experience and big up the villa rental company we used.

We were due to fly out to florida from Glasgow with Thomas Cook on June 3rd at 10.40am.
At 10 pm on the evening of June the 2nd I got an email and messenger message from the villa rental company... it said

URGENT URGENT URGENT

The villa We rented (which we have rented through the same company for 3 years previously) was sold at Christmas... the new owners had promised to honor all the bookings...

However the had decided the day before we were due to stay in it that they wanted to move in to it!

You can imagine our terror! Tracey, at the management company was so apologetic and had promised she would get us another villa...

We decided to carry on... very worried about what we were flying in to.

On a side note, through all our stress, my daughter has a sunflower (hidden disabilities lanyard) lanyard, Glasgow airport, Thomas Cook and Orlando international were amazing with it!

We got an email through the night saying we had a villa in a gated community the other way along the 192 from our original. . We ended up in terra Verde... in a huge 4 bedroom villa with a big pool and a big pond out the back.

Flynns of Florida only manage 4 properties and honestly I thought we were goners! I though we were gonna end up in a shack.bearimg in mind we needed a villa for 3 weeks in June! ... at less than 12 hours notice... but they really pulled through... I could feel traceys stress and her sorrow for having to put us through the stress but she did amazing... the kids blackboard in the garage even had a big welcome for us and our family. She made sure we got there ok and any time I had any questions... she answered them as soon as I had put my phone down.

So i share my experience not to tell you guys to stay away... but to support them! They are an English couple and so very very nice

A number of years ago we rented 2 years running via Flynn’s.
They are a very good company.
