When I go into MDE and go on the Magic Band menu it shows my & DH Profile pictures with the picture of the villains Bands we ordered beside them.

I've been looking several times daily for the past 6 days and it is still only showing the 8 solid colours.
For those who are waiting to order custom bands I have a feeling it will be very hit or miss as to whether anyone with June and July windows will be able to get the upgraded bands- boo hiss to another poorly executed good idea!

after they cancelled my order i have received 2 emails to say i need to pay for them, even thou the money was taken and return
help has any one else had this, i cant get hold of any one at disney

I've seen this a lot on another forum, typically those who managed to secure bands on the first day and got confirmations, their cards were charged and then subsequently refunded.
When people are getting through to Disney they are seemingly often being offered a $15 gift card and free shipping at the Disney Store online so they can choose an upgraded band from there. But this only seems to be for those who were originally charged and then refunded. The bands aren't personalized and you have to link them yourself but it might be worth continuing to get through and mention you are aware a lot of the US customers are being given this option.

Due to strong popularity, the option to upgrade to a Premium MagicBands is unavailable. You may continue to choose from a selection of complimentary solid-color MagicBands. Please know that we are working to replenish our inventory as soon as possible. I have kept checking but only solid bands available.
