See below T&CS from Universal website regarding Deluxe rooms. What gets me is that the King which is on sale with TR is allowing bookings for 2 adults and 2 or 3 children but states maximum occupancy at 3. I can only assume we'll be put in a 2 queen room?

*Floor plans may vary. Maximum occupancies may require a rollaway at $25 plus tax per day. Only one rollaway is allowed per room. King rooms have bedding for 2, require a rollaway for 3. Double queen rooms have bedding for 4, require a rollaway for 5. Available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional charges apply for more than 2 adult guests per room.

Thank you for finding that! As TR price only comes up with 2A 2C I don’t think I’ll risk it, as it doesn’t show with 2A 3C.
I was happy with the booking I already have until I saw this thread lol

Very good find. Just had a look at netflights to compare prices, and the price pp is showing as £671 for 7 nights, so be prepared for an argument at check in everyone, especially if there are more than 2 adults in the room: it appears to be a glitch.

I did a live chat to question this. We are 2 adults/ 2 children(4 and 10) and would prefer 2 beds. The live chat said to put it in special request box. Which is what i did

I was also happy with my orginal booking ( RPRclub same dates £1500 via expedia) but couldnt pass this price up.

I might just contact Universal directly and ask them outright?
The voucher is what you’ve booked, it’s whether Universal will check you’re lying / in breach or not.

I’m not sure what you can ask Universal directly given the circumstances?

I booked a similar deal for a 10 night stay in February 2019 with kenwood travel and I checked the price for portofibo bay on travel republic and it was the same price. However hours later kenwood rang and informed me it was a glitch and I cancelled the booking as the price shown dshoukd have been per person not total price. When I checked travel republic later the price had indeed changed! I suspect your bookings may get cancelled but I’m hoping they don’t x good luck

You don’t all need to be there at check in anyway. I don’t know of any hotel that checks the ages of kids.

Im going to keep my RPR booking until im 100% sure😣 i wonder what happened to the TR customers in your example. I would think that if the customer had paid then the booking should be honoured by TR? Anyone else got experience of glitches...

It all depends, some get honoured, some don't, but yes you are wise to keep the original booking until you know for sure...this is an obvious glitch, after all. Good luck.
