Heathrow Terminal 3, best hotels?

Hi we are flying from Heathrow next Easter for the first time, what hotels would be good for closeness to terminal 3.
If possible could we park the car the day before so we could walk to the terminal?
Normally stay at Gatwick premier Inn north terminal so used to being just across the road, wondering if there’s anything like that at Heathrow?
Thanks

We stay at the PI on Bath road and book purple parking multistorey which is right next door. Park overnight at PI (separate charge) then drop car off at Purple the next morning and use their free shuttle to the airport. Much cheaper than the hopper option.

The PI is popular though and does get booked up quite quickly.

Transfer to from airport from purple parking is quick and regular. Recommended.

The pi back garden area (immediately behind the car park) has fab views of the planes coming into land. But haven't had then disturb my sleep yet!

We just flew from termainal 3 and stayed at PI T4, there is a free shuttle train/tube between the two, as long as your all able to walk you should be fine. It’s about a 5/10 min walk in T3 and 5 I’m T4, rooms and food are great there

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza and used their Park and Stay tariff.

Just used the Hoppa bus to get to and from the airport. Would definitely stay there again

We did exactly this and I would now stay there as my first choice every time. The only thing we did slightly different was we dropped the car off at purple parking, then stayed the night at the premier inn and went back the next morning to jump on the transfer bus. This was easy as it’s literally a 30 second walkbetween the two, and the extra nights parking was less than the £10 charged by premier inn.
