Mobile I can’t link my Disney holiday to the MDE app

Hi,
As the title says.
I booked on release day and have been trying most days since then to connect my holiday to the app but no luck. I booked direct through Disney and have seen that others have been able to connect. Is this normal?

Yes, you’ll get an email from Disney when it’s ready. In the meantime you can probably link through the Disney World website.

I can’t link either and booked on release day too. I had a statement come through but just want it linked as it’s my reassurance 😂. Fingers crossed it works for us all soon

I tried the website too. Maybe I’m just too keen. Thank you though

I can’t link it on the app either may have to look on the website I never thought of that

I haven’t had a email to say it’s ready yet though

I booked on release day and mine doesn’t link on the app or the website yes. But if you’re looking for reassurance if you go into the website and select manage my booking it should come up on there, so at least you can see they have record of it.
