WDW 100% onsite only?
No new parks in the pipeline, loads of onsite accommodation going up and being planned, could it happen in the future either all year round or have certain dates as onsite only. From a business point of view it would maximise accommodation use and Disney profits.
Thoughts?

I have been thinking the same since Disney started building extra accommodation on such a large scale. I don’t know how they would manage it, but I’m sure that at least certain times of the year, they could implement it now.
Imagine staying at a Disney resort, with park tickets and not being able to get in any park because they are at capacity?

they have this at Disneyland Paris - as I understand it there they count onsite hotel guest occupancy and then its the offsite guests, once the projected figures reach capacity, who are denied entrance to the park.

I believe they also employ this system at peak times when the parks will reach capacity (like Christmas) - it’s something like, first thing all guest can get in, as it starts approaching capacity they won’t let anyone else in the car park, then it will be onsite guests only until it reaches capacity.
I suppose that’s not everyone spends all day in the parks, and there is 6 parks (including WP) plus Disney springs, so there is still a bunch more capacity for visitors, I can see more extra time events requiring payment, and people being crammed in with a shoe horn!
