GCSE parents?

Another one who has a DS who doesn't finish until next week as he has Further Maths on Monday & Statistics on Tuesday. It feels as though he has been doing exams for months not just weeks but hey ho nearly there. His school has put on revision sessions prior to each exam and he has found these invaluable as he hasn't done much revision on his own as xbox or Netflix keep beckoning him! Hope everyone has a good last few days

Uniform is going in the bin in a bit. It’s falling to bits.

Week relaxing at home next week then he’s off to ncs for 4 weeks.

My dds prom is also next Friday, a day next week to take school photos in school. Then her 6th form try out day.
Then NCS for 4 weeks, she will enjoy that, then the Leeds festival.
What did my mum used to say... kids don’t know they are born nowadays

Just had a bit of grizzle as reading an email from DDs school about Book Return day next week and graduation ceremony. Can't believe my baby is 16 and finishing school (well apart from 6th form). The time has gone so quickly. I can clearly remember the day I took her for her first day in Reception. Just so proud of what a lovely young lady she has turned out to be - I've done my job!

All done here too. Got texts that physics was ok, just so glad that they are over without any major meltdowns! Phew!

Phew all done for my dd too today. Physics was ok she said. She had a lovely time after at the leavers assembly, signing shirts and getting her leaver's hoody. She is having a few friends round tonight to celebrate. The end of an era.

Well done to all us parents for surviving too!

Thats it last day for us! DS not going to prom, ds as asked for a dominoes to celebrate with. I can just about manage that!
He is at home for the next few weeks then holiday for 2 then NCS for 4 weeks plus results day and college enrolment. First day of the rest of his life 😊

We are done ✅ he has about a month off now then off with School to Oz to play Rugby 🏉 then off with us for 3 weeks, not a bad life really 🙄
So ladies same time in 2 years for the A Levels 😂 plus I have 3 more for GSCE’s am I right in thinking result day is August 22nd ? Fingers Crossed for all of them 👍 xx
