What to do on the first day?
Were not doing Disney and most itineraries start off in Disney on the first day, but we have tickets for universal and seaworld etc.
What do others do on the first day as it appears it's an early rise day with the jetlag? I'm thinking something not too hectic. Were staying in a villa btw |

Out for breakfast, then to premium outlets for opening. Back to the villa for lunch and sunshine, then out for dinner and back for beers at the villa before bed

We've been to Gatorland on the first day a couple of times. Smaller park, don't get too tired chasing about all day and then early afternoon you are done and you can go back to the villa to relax as you'll get tired early

We will do Seaworld on our first day. Stay until we've had enough then chill time back at the villa. We may eat in Seaworld or on our way back to the villa, depending on when we leave.
We usually then factor in another half day if need be for Seaworld, that being an afternoon/evening. With a 14 day ticket and free parking for Seaworld, there's no additional cost and we find Seaworld to be quite an easy going park.

We usually go to Disney Springs for a look around, go to Earl of Sandwich for lunch and then do our big shop. Home for a swim and then go for a meal in the evening. Nice relaxing first day before hitting the parks!

We started with Disney last time which was great but this time we are flying into Tampa and arriving late so our first day will be driving to Universal studios from Tampa bright and early, stopping for breakfast at Ihop on the way.
We will check into RPR as early as possible and just wander US and IOA with our express passes and ride what we fancy until we are done and want some pool time. |
