The treaty of Lisbon appears to have been in place since 2007. Why is it a cause for concern now? Genuinely curious as I don’t know anything about it.

I never get Why the eu apparently need us more than we need them ? I just think that is ludicrous and with boris they are just going to dig their heels in as He isn’t respected or liked ( here or there) . Many of our business really on the eu and have already stated how much a no deal will affect them so I really think it’s pretty 50/50 . Our government are to blame for a lot of things for not enforcing policies ( ie immigration for one) when they clearly and has been proven that they could have .
As a married couple we have arguments but not enough for anyone to ring the police ! This man is going to be running the country ! God help us.

I'd be more annoyed with neighbours who are happy to sell you out to media... Clearly not Boris fans, I think it's a bit weird a neighbour recording what's going off in my house but maybe that's cos my neighbours are old and keep themselves to themselves and a bit deaf 😂

To me it shows that his fairly new relationship is not stable enough to handle the stress of such an extreme situation, it could have been either of them that was in the heightened emptional state to cause a meltdown and we'll probably never know

On the upside once they move into 10 Downing Street the Met won't have far to travel

So if you were in a potential DV situation you'd be more annoyed with the neighbours who tried to help? Okay.

Agreed! If an argument was escalating in my house, to the point were I was screaming for my partner to leave and he refused - damn straight my neighbours would step in, as would I.

I know of a young girl who’s neighbours didn’t step in, she ended up dead and leaving behind a 6 month old daughter

Didn't say that at all, love how things get twisted so easily... Way I saw this story was they phoned police fine I get that, it would've never occurred to me to record things though and it certainly wouldnt have been something I'd pass onto the media

As Ive already said I would call police wouldn't think of recording things or media getting hold of it... I'm clearly naive 🙄

I actually think Boris is the best to follow through Brexit...but the worst as a PM...although I'm not sure we have anyone in any party that would make a good PM at the moment
