Did you ever get it all sorted?

Sorry that I didn’t come back and update this sooner.

So my saga is not quite done yet! So after much chasing and threatening legal action I finally received a 2nd parcel on Xmas eve which did contain my missing Pandora charm and other bits that had been ordered for Christmas. I was stressed to the hilt by this point and had ended up buying gifts elsewhere again due to not knowing if the parcel would even arrive.

As it stands I just this week received refunds for goods missing from the parcel on Dec 16th and I’ve got a parcel due to come next week with more pieces. I’ve also still got things that apparently aren’t here yet, even though they were ordered last Nov.

The sad part is I have Christmas chocs that are in the parcel that’s due next week and also bits that were for peoples Christmas.

I’m now in contact with 50+ people all in the same boat awaiting either goods, refunds or both. Once this is all over I will not be using their service again I can tell you that for certain!

I will say that he was ill at the end of Dec and that also caused delays to goods, but my issues and a lot of others predate that, so I can’t use it as an excuse to not feel aggrieved.
