Great photos (I’m surprised you had to pay, we didn’t at John O’ Groats but I do know they had problems with people hanging on the signs for photos last year and they had to raise money to fix it so perhaps it helps with the upkeep-I think I would be a bit miffed too but they are worth it for the memories)

Yes we didn’t have to pay a penny at John O’Groats!
Apparently, they used to charge an entrance fee to get into the tourist area, but now they just charge for the signpost photo!
I’m glad we did it, we had the photo emailed and it was really nice to have a pic of us all
