I'd like the number too glenandem - I called on Friday and got shoved from pillar to post.
I had previously been told by the CS agent that I could book car hire and, if I paid in full I could then call to ask for the voucher cost to be refunded. I phoned but was told it could not be done in that department. They gave me a number to call which I did and got the same response. Got the same response from the next person who gave me another number to call.. still no joy.
I'm gutted that BA still has my deposit for our cancelled flights so will keep trying.

So yesterday’s multiple calls to BA have cost me £126.44! I could cry 😢 Still to add on this mornings 17 minute call. Prices are utterly shocking.

I had that a while back, in the end added a bolt on with vodafone for £3 a month for those numbers. Has saved me a small fortune!

I am somewhat envious as I can't even get thorugh to be in a queue. I need to change my booking significantly, so can't do it online. I just get the 'we can't take your call right now' and then am cut off. What can anyone suggest?

what a nightmare ba holidays are to get in touch with!
been trying all morning again and the worst bit is when you call you do the option1 then option2 then it lets you know theyre busy and cuts you off!
why not just say theyre busy and cut you off straight away then keep having to go through the options then be cut off.
