ATD cancellation help!
It's looking like my holiday will be cancelled next month
I have booked my Disney tickets through ATD with covid cover. We physically have our tickets and have all ready made park reservations, will this still be OK if we require a full refund? Also...if I get a refund...how long does it take to receive your money back?

We had our tickets booked with ATD. They asked us to cut up our tickets and send a photo of cut tickets. We didn’t get a refund as we are still hoping to go next year. We were issued new tickets. New tickets received within a few days.👍🏻

I just posted an update about this on another thread but basically they are offering refunds for anyone cancelled up to the 6th September and expect an update next week beyond that. If you choose to cancel before that you get 80% refund and 20% voucher.

I’ve asked about this on another thread - I’m cancelling my tickets and taking the 80% refund. We have Disney and Universal tickets but we were told we couldn’t cut them up and send pictures - we have to send them back.
I was just concerned as even with special delivery, they’re not covered for their total value.

I have just extended our tickets to 2022 with Attraction Tickets. It was an extra £5 per adult and £7 per child.

Sorry. Only just seen this. Had to only extend Disney tickets not Universal or Seaworld. I thought it was quite pricey. Think it was about £130 for four adult tickets.
Edited to add: I wonder if how much extra you have to pay is linked to how much you paid originally. 🤔 |
