Who has used their BA vouchers?

We have a voucher from BA to use from our holiday last year only deposit so £425 value. I’m led to believe the voucher code is our booking ref from that holiday.

Looking to book Tenerife for Easter break next year, can I book online and use the booking ref/voucher code as deposit payment or do I have to ring up to book to use my voucher?

Thank you 😊

I booked flights recently - I had a voucher which I could redeem at the point of purchase, and I also had a credit with BA holidays, that I had to ask for them to offset against my new booking and they refunded my credit card.

Thank you, did you need to do this over the phone?

I used mine the other day, there’s no code they just sent me an email saying I had £300 to use and when I had booked I had to reply to the email so they could credit my booking with £300. They still haven’t done it though.

I had to reply to the voucher email after booking a new fly drive - had to tell them the current fly drive and the voucher numbers. They said it would take up to 14 working days to be refunded to the card used for the original booking and it took about two weeks for it to show up on manage my booking.

Oh and the voucher was for a stand alone car hire and was credited off a new fly drive.
Good luck

Thank you, I ended up phoning up anyway as payment was not going through, the agent said he’d had a few saying the same thing. Anyway all booked and used my voucher as deposit so didn’t have to pay anything. Just booked Tenerife for next Easter little week away all inclusive. Now time to get serious about this lockdown stone I’ve gained and maintain it!
