Heathrow hotels & parking

Hi all

Never done parking and / or hotel at Heathrow before so wondered if you’d mind sharing your recommendations!

We have often stayed at the Sofitel and included parking in our reservation. Park at the hotel and can walk to the terminal in the morning (if flying BA).

We like Premier Inn Bath Road and book Purple Parking next door. We’ll park at the hotel for the night and drive to Purple Parking on the day of the flight so we can leave our overnight bags in the car.
Purple Parking have free shuttles so you don’t have to pay for the Heathrow Hoppa bus.

Which terminal are you flying from? If its T5 my hotel of choice is the Thistle. Car parked in hotel car park and transfer to T5 by the Heathrow pod.

Thanks everyone. Sorry I should have said it’s T5. Can’t find any availability for Thistle which seems odd!

I believe that it's currently being used as a quarantine hotel but that might change fairly soon.
