Hi
We are having the same issue, we also bought combo tickets in 2019, I emailed Florida Escapes on 10th August 2021 to see if they could upgrade them to 2022 but no reply as yet, can't seem to find any contact numbers or anything, it's absolutely ridiculous, it's so much money, I have now resorted to emailing Disney (ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com) to see if they can help, I really want our tickets sorted before we go, otherwise how do we book park/restaurant reservations without valid tickets?, I will let you know if I get a reply, it's such a shame because all the other companies I bought tickets with have given full refunds, really great customer service, shame Florida Escapes have let us down Edited at 07:30 AM. |

I know how you feel just don’t like being in limbo and want everything in place universal extended their tickets but it’s the Disney ones that are causing the headache

Excited about Disney
|
I have been on the phone to Disney this afternoon, evening for over 4 hours about our Disney tickets that we purchased from Florida Escapes which have been so unhelpful I will never ever buy from them ever again !
They are quoting $218 per ticket to change to next year which I thought was a little steep on top of what I have already paid. Really not sure what to do now as that is double to what I though I would have to pay. |

Update
Received email today from Florida escapes saying we can extend for next year for £79 each going through the process of how you actually do it at the moment though

Excited about Disney

I have finally got our tickets changed to next year. This is such a relief after trying since May with no luck..
We were able to pay through a invoice that they sent me and tickets are showing 2023 date on mde, such a relief. |
