Iím now 28, married and have a 6 month old baby boy and Iím healthy and happy. If you told me 3 years ago I would be here I wouldnít have believed you.

Itís an awful illness. A hard one to beat, but IT CAN be beaten. Family support was the key for me. I couldnít have done it without them. Your daughter needs you so just be there for her.

Just focus on her coming out the other side and please look after yourself ❤️
Thank you 💜

Thank you for being so honest .
My daughter is about 6 years on from when she got anorexia .
Things arenít anywhere near as bad as the first couple of years , but still no sign of being illness free.

Can I ask if there was one Ď lightbulbí moment that triggered your move out of anorexia ?
