Cancelling Klook tickets and getting refund
Has anyone had any joy getting a refund for park tickets from Klook.
We bought the tickets in Jan 20 and were scheduled to go last August but obviously that didn't happen. They have been extended until the end of this year but we've just had our flights moved and consequently we've cancelled them and our rental has just cancelled on us as he's long term let the property so we're reconsidering our options |

We were originally due to travel Aug 2020, but then rebooked for this August. Our flights have now been cancelled but Klook will not extend our Universal tickets to 2022 or give a refund.

That doesn't sound great
This is the response we've had, so it looks that they are at least looking into it "Regarding your booking for SeaWorld Parks: SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Busch Gardens Ticket, please be informed that we will assist to submit the cancellation to our relevant team for the further assist. Kindly note that there is no guarantee as this is subject for approval from the local operator and the voucher validity is extended to 31st of December 2021. We will get in touch with you immediately once we receive an update." Have you looked at trying to claim through travel insurance? |

We received the same reply. When I asked them if they could confirm if we would receive a refund, they said that we wouldn’t. I have gone back to them again as i am aware from other posts on the forum, that some people received refunds last year when their flights were cancelled.
If that fails we will try insurance! |

Interesting, we may be in the same position if our holiday this August is cancelled.
I wonder if it would be possible to do a section 75 claim on the credit card |

I just sent them a screenshot of the voucher.
The first reply said to contact seller to get further extension so I replied saying they won’t refund. They then replied saying ticket was extended until December 2022 and to use the same ticket. Edited to add: This was just the other week I emailed them. Edited at 10:22 PM. |
