This is the Liverpudlian fella isn’t it? Seems he is a turnaround specialist and places go downhill when he leaves from what I have seen.

This is all connected to the room refurbishments now under way in the Contemporary, as they also are rumoured to be being rethermed to Incredibles

That's him. Great Guy albeit we haven't seen him since Nov 2019.

He was a Shift Manager at The Yachtsman whereas he was the Boss at The Wave

We love the Wave. Great to pop down for a quick dinner when staying at the Contemporary. We also hope that this doesn't go down the Incredibles route.
We've still not forgiven Disney for getting rid of Artist Point.

The parks blog post of the new rooms confirmed The Wave will be closing to be replaced by a "reimagined dining experience" that will open for the 50th.

Latest rumour is that it will be WDW's version of DL's Steakhouse 55. I'm OK with that in theory, even though I don't think WDW needs MORE steak. As long as it's not Artist Point 2.0 starring the Incredibles though.

Looks like that’s come to fruition! Have to admit I’m more upset about the wave going, than I am Genie / Genie+ / IAS 🙈

Just seen the new menu albeit without prices on the other site.

Distinctly underwhelming for us as we do eat steak but much prefer the type of dishes the Wave used to serve.

So that's most dining at Disney struck off the list for us. Hey ho money savings.
