I think the more often you go, the more relaxing it is as you’ve experienced most of it before and therefore it is a much more relaxed pace … well for us anyway!

You don’t have to do any of this to enjoy a WDW holiday. Ok, so currently booking park days is a requirement but FPS, ADRs are not.
Personally hate FPs, but love making a few essential ADRs. But I do enjoy the planning a lot.

You can still go with the flow if that’s your style. You might not ride everything you want unless you’re happy to wait in line, restaurants might be full when you want to eat but you also might get lucky and manage to grab some last minute reservations!

Everyone is different, some like to plan and just as many don’t!

The goal is to do a WDW holiday your own way. And above all, have fun.

The flipside of that is, you get to spend (in our case) several years researching and thinking about your holiday, which is fun in itself. And when you get there, you know for sure you will be able to do all the rides you want with minimal queuing, and eat at dozens of lovely places without having to wait for a table. It makes the holiday itself an absolute breeze because everything is sorted beforehand.
