Day 12: Glasgow - Modern art, Cathedral and getting stuck in a lift 😬

Glasgow looks like an interesting place to visit. Are the children enjoying the trip - they seem very engaged with all the different activities.

Bit scary being stuck in the lift - glad they got you out without the long wait for the engineer.

Yes it definitely felt like we were stuck in there for longer than we were - I don’t think the heat helped, it was the middle of the heatwave and so stuffy!

The kids are enjoying the trip but I don’t think we could carry in much longer at this pace - we have 5 days left, so just about right.
We’ve travelled all over Europe for 6 weeks at a time in the summer holidays on a few occasions, so they are well used to travelling and embracing new experiences… having said that I think they will all be happy to spend the rest of the summer holidays at home doing not much! 😂
It’s been nice to go travelling after being stuck at home so long with the pandemic Not quite Florida, but still good! Weather has been amazing so we have been super lucky!

Pleased you got out of that lift! Glasgow is a fab city I really enjoy going there for a visit.
