Call 0800 169 0730 and ask to speak to ticket line. First time they said the couldn’t, tried again and they put me through…. Long wait!

My app now states 14/01/2023 - I have physical tickets which were registered on the app as I had booked parks for August, but unfortunately it's a no-go.

I do feel a bit disgruntled with Disney because they are adding a cost for a ticket we bought before lockdown, and the fact Universal, Busch gardens and Seaworld have extended the tickets without additional costs.

I called twice today and said they couldn't put me through to ticket line but gave me a number to call direct to ticket line... don't fancy calling USA and getting a large bill.

Try calling at 12pm, that's when they open - I called at 1155, I was sorted by 1210.

I still think it's unfair that we have to pay more when we bought the tickets prior to lockdown and we have not been allowed to travel to the US, I appreciate the parks are open, but still can't use our passes due to travel restrictions.
Universal, Seaworld and Busch gardens have extended without any extra charges, leaves a sour taste in my mouth for Disney.

Understood, what's the US number?

I spoke to UK Disney and they just said 'let them expire and we'll have a credit to use against a new booking' which is different to what everyone else is hearing
