Reward flights sept22

Hoping to get reward flights with virgin for Sept 22 from man to mco but seem to be far and few between for next year
Do you think I will be more likely to get reward flights from London to miami for that period.
2 weeks and counting

Also with companion flight use would you book the outward when it becomes available and then contact virgin when the return becomes available to apply the companion voucher

You’ll always be far more likely to get Miami reward flights.
Virgin aren’t like BA (who guarantee a certain amount of reward seats in each class on release) but I personally would book the outgoing when/if it pops up. There’s no guarantee of anything with Virgin so it’s best to be prepared.

I have just booked 3 PE return flights (2× points, 1x cash) and then used my 3 reward vouchers to upgrade to Upper.

I ideally wanted flights to MIA or MCO and would have been happy with either MAN or LHR.

I have been monitoring availability on Seat Spy and in the end decided to go for returns to JFK from LHR as there was very limited availability for the others. I have the option of amending the return leg to MCO/MIA if they become available.

I think you will be very lucky to get MAN/MCO - possibly a few seats may get released at some point but not very likely to be around the release date.
