Gatwick airport

Any indication of when flights to MCO will commence and are BA returning?

Will there be enough flights for this to happen, or will BA consolidate at Heathrow until travel recovers?

Looking at how high prices are, I can only assume that demand is high?

Depends on your dates, BA are already taking LGW bookings for the warmer months. Think it was Mar-Oct, with LHR only over the off-season. But as Karen says, also depends on demand and whether they need to consolidate flights.

Can't see VS returning to LGW any time soon (not what you asked, but others may be curious)

That’s one conclusion! I could see others?

Hi TB - hope you're feeling ok hin May be 'how long is BA's piece of string' for commencement/from which London airport.

Spoke to a VS supervisor re flight change, he advised they're keen for a definite US border opening date to provide as much organisational time as possible, can't simply just up and away he said.

Stay well

You can already book from Gatwick towards the end of March next year, so that would be the best answer you are going to get.

I’ve just booked my parking for May at Gatwick. There are some decent prices on the official Gatwick parking site and if you join ‘My Gatwick’ there is an extra 10% off.

I booked now as my thinking is prices will only go up. You can cancel up to 24hr before departure if a cheaper deal comes along

I personally think BA will return to Gatwick next year before the peak season. I would be surprised if demand isn't back by then - part of me thinks it might even be higher than usual? Lots of pent up folks been unable to travel for nearly 2 years and get there Disney fix!
