Black Friday!

I need a pair of Marshall headphones, switch charger, controllers, games. I don’t know if I should just buy them or wait, what would you do? Do curry’s, Argos, Amazon discount lots of stuff or only old stock?

Do you know the prices of the items you want from a few weeks ago?

I have been Looking out for a PlayStation 4 and game. It's been £209 for ages on Amazon, until about 3 weeks ago, when it went up to £249. My guess is that it will miraculously become a "black Friday deal" for £209 or thereabouts...

There are undoubtedly bargains to be had, but I think you need to do your research in the run up to the black Friday deals, as they're not always as good as they seem.

ETA if using Amazon, check camelcamelcamel for historic prices

Mmm, we're after a PS4 too. Would be happy to pay £200 for the one we want, so fingers crossed.

After a couple of iPhone 7's for the boys. They've been stuck at £379 for a while now...

Managed to get the PS4, with 2 controllers and Fortnite for £199, so not bad.

I have done well with Black Friday deals, bought a shark hoover, planned to get one anyway, and also the nest thermostat, again another planned purchase, waited with both for black friday and saved a fair bit of money
