Fantastic help from Disney regarding my chair's backpiece

My wheelchair has slowly acquired a number of patches (see pic), and considering the main panel is Eddie who has somewhat obviously shot someone, I was curious as to whether Disney would have a problem with it, so I dropped them an email asking if it'd be OK, or should I cover/replace any of them (and said I was happy to do so)

(I've just bought a powered chair, and will be swapping them over onto that)

It took a week to get a reply, so I was wondering whether the message had got lost in the mix or not, but then I got this...

...it's the silly little things such as replies like that which always remind me just how good Disney are for customer service & experience.
